We believe that our pricing is realistic and extremely competitive. We understand that the price of computers have come down and it does not make sense to pay hundreds of dollars for a repair. We also realized that making too many repair categories is complicated. Some companies want to confuse you with a complex pricing matrix. So we decided to go with just one rate for a repair.
What does this mean? If you need a virus removed on your desktop computer and a laptop needs to join the wireless network. The first item would be billed for the FIRST REPAIR PRICE and the second and any subsequential items would be billed at the ADDITONAL REPAIRS price. Each type of repair has a different course of action, so we will discuss what the problem is, what the end result is supposed to be and then when both parties are in agreement on what the desired results should be, the repair shall be performed. We do this so that both parties are communicating and working with each other. Our goal is to get your system(s) back up and running. |
